We are hiring a Sales Professional to be on the front line of our client acquisition, guiding homeowners through starting their design & build journey with us.

the position:

We are looking to hire a full-time Sales Professional that will be the first introduction to our business to our potential clients, so we take this hire seriously. We pride ourselves in customer experience, so we’re not looking for a silver tongue salesperson. We’re looking for a Sales Professional that can adhere to the standard of excellence that we provide to our clients from the first to the last handshake.

who:

The ideal fit for this role is someone that is motivated by helping others, and can actively manage multiple lead/client relationships at any given time. This person has a natural ability to sell not because of sales courses/programs based on manipulating tactics, but because they have the desire to truly help people find solutions to their problems.

This person has experience in the construction industry, and may have previously owned their own construction company, or worked for one.
